Professional All Purpose Cleaner

MiraClean Professional APC is an All Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser designed for use on anything that can be cleaned with water. This product is formulated to work on organic soils - otherwise known as the 4 P's - People, Plant, Pet, and Petroleum Stains.
MiraClean Professional APC can be used full strength, or diluted for light duty, cost effective cleaning tasks. APC is truly an all purpose cleaner; from grease and oil, to fingerprints and scuff marks, APC will do it all!

Application Techniques:

• May be applied by spraying dipping, steam cleaning, pressure washing, ultrasonic cleaning, brushing, sponging or wiping.
• Reapply as need to keep the surface wet
• Allow sufficient time for the product to loosen or dissolve deposits
• Rinse or flush with water
• Hot water or high pressure rinse will provide optimum results
• Where water rinsing is not possible, wipe treated surface with wet cloth or sponge taking care to frequently rinse.
• Reapply if needed or use fiber pad to speed removal of loosened deposits
• When cleaning upholstery, fabrics or carpet, apply by spraying and lightly rub soiled area with towel or soft brush. Follow by wiping area with clean wet cloth or spray rinse with water and towel dry.
• MiraClean APC will perform successfully in all environments, warmer temperature will improve cleaning times and product efficiency.
• MiraClean APC may be used on nearly any surface that is compatible with water rinsing. We suggest that the user test the product before using on finished surfaces such as paint, varnish, plastic, etc. Since these surfaces are composed of hydrocarbon base materials, the product may affect poorly finished or sealed surfaces.

Dilution Ratios:

• Can be diluted with ordinary tap water or salt water.
• Dilution ratios will vary greatly depending on the amount of build up , temperature and speed required to complete the job.
• Tough Tasks: Full Strength to 1:1 - Degreasing engines, parts cleaning tanks, hand wipe maintenance applications
• Moderate Tasks: 2:1 to 5:1 - Routine equipment and facility maintenance
• Assisted Cleaning: 10:1 or Higher - Pressure Washers or Light Duty Janitorial Cleaning
• Meets South Coast Air Quality Management District regulations at 2 to 1 dilution ratio.
